Have you ever mocked a hypocrite and ironically became one? If so, kick yourself in the butt just like I did.

The original cross country route planned for this adventure was a clockwise lap around the contiguous US, but if you remember that all went askew when I got to the Great Lakes region. Winter got real turnt up there and also more Easterly into my map, so that's when I dropped straight South to thaw out for a minute. Well I more than thawed out in Florida, actually started wearing just shorts and shoes since it was way too humid and hot for my comfort. ...I should be careful to what I wish for I suppose! So Northbound I went to find a middle-ground in all these climates.

Over near Botany Bay Plantation is a shoreline with more shells than I've ever seen.

I found this little buddy washed up on the sand, so I tossed it back to it's watery home.

Southern Carolina wins this one. I mean, zero creativity and look at the change in road quality too!

I finally technically went camping! Well, nothing was different than any other night besides popping the top and paying $15. If it wasn't super cold and right on a well trafficked trail, I for sure would have played in Window Falls.

I hiked up to Hanging Rock, and apparently missed the shortcut that this chick was taking.
